my 1st day of tracking EVERYTHING I ate all day.

I went over my limit. Had roughly 1700 cal for the day. My max limit is 1500. But I stuck to the plan for the most part of the day until after dinner when I was craving something sweet. Had some choc chips and fiber one bar. and also had an extra serving of mashed potatoes at dinner. I love mashed potatoes!!! hard to stick to .6 of a But I have def. made a step in the right direction by tracking all day today and even the extra foods I ate. Shows how quickly those calories add up. :( Today is my 1st day following the eating plan. I didnt do too bad. Need to go food shopping soon. We have very limited food in the house and Im broke bcuz Im on unemployment for the summer. Have not yet went grocery shopping for the spark plan yet. But I will!!! Just have to scrape by for the next week and half. I do have froz fish and stir fry froz veg I can make. Tomorrows another day. And Im feeling motivated!!
