It appears that I am doing something wrong. I've upped my exercise regime, I'm sticking to my nutrition goals but still the weight isn't coming off. Don't know what I'm doing wrong but it's really starting to get me down. Feel like I'm putting in all this effort and getting nowhere. Anybody got any ideas?
Also does anyone have any information on nutrition in the role of beating depression? Having a tough time recently and just thinking food could well boost my mood but unsure how to approach this.
As always any advice would be much appreciated.
