August Goals

Today is July 25, almost the beginning of a new month. I want to set my goals now so that I can try to meet them by the end of the month ( August).

August GOALS:

Goal 1: Lose 1-2 pounds per week Current 160.1

Goal 2: Make healthy choices and maintain portion control every day track food.

Goal 3: Drink 8+ cups of water every day

Goal 4: Eat at least 5 fruits/veggies per day

Goal 5: Achieve 1,000 fitness minutes during the month

Goal 6: Do strength training 3 days each week


1. Meeting each 10% weight loss goal (next stop: 144)

2. Every 1,000 fitness minutes achieved

3. Meeting all monthly goals

Okay, I've got my eye on the finish line now. I am focused and determined to succeed.
