To Sleep, Perchance to Dream.

I actually love sleep, but I do have trouble with it. So, I just signed up for The Better Sleep Challenge SparkTeam www.sparkpeople.com/mysp
And for as long as I'm in this challenge, I'll have my avatar, the Angel of Sleep watching out for me.
When I don't get enough sleep, I feel bad for most of the day. I don't want to exercise and when I do, I'm sluggish and do not move well. I'm also tempted to eat more. I love sleep and I miss not getting enough of it. I'd love to remember my dreams better too.
I do suffer from Sleep Apnea, which doesn't help. But I'm loosing weight in my face and neck so I'm hopping that will help. When I was diagnosed a few years ago, I was told that I quit breathing 60 times an hour. I don't even see how that is possible. I mean... not a minute goes by! I was also a smoker then, but I've been clean from that nicotine drug for over 5 years now. The worst part of Sleep Apnea is waking up to pee several times a night. I hate that! Well that and feeling groggy.
I do not go to bed early enough either. So the least I can do for myself is get on a good schedule and take care that I get all the sleep that I can. Last night was a bomb, though, I went to bed at 11:30, but my knee kept hurting, so I got up at midnight and took some IB and sat up for a while... too long a while. I don't even remember now when I went to bed.
I will work on this and I will get relief.
