Three days into it....

Wow...I weighed in on the 22nd and weighed 227 pounds. I weighed in today at 223.2 pounds. I know I shouldn't have weighed in so soon, but I was just curious as to whether I was losing weight or not. I was hoping for a pound lost, but was absolutely astounded to see I had lost 3.8 just 3 days! I even had a family reunion and a school class reunion in those 3 days. I gave up sodas, fried foods, pastas, bread. Basically it has been Special K cereal for breakfast and lunch with some fruit added. And chicken, a veggie, and yogurt for dinner. With this heat wave we have been having here, I have been sweating a lot at work, so I have been drinking a lot of Powerade to make sure I don't dehydrate. I had a family and class reunion yesterday. I ate foods which were on my no-no list, but only had a small I did good with watching what I ate. I made sure to have more fruit on my plate than anything else. I think this helped immensely. I have been walking a decent amount. But I think I am going to add some stability ball workouts to my daily routine yet. I need to check on here and see whaat workouts are offered with the ball. But for now, I will keep doing what I have been doing as it seems to be working. And I really haven't been hungry. I have been eating less than I normally eat, but I haven't been hungrier than I was before. So yay to me.....and to all those others out there who have lost some weight this week!!

    Yes EGRAMMY...I have them printed off and have been doing them here and there, but is there no way to log them into my fitness?? I'm burning calories so I should be able to somehow track this.

    Well to be honest HOPE2011...most of the food did not look that good to me. I am a picky eater to begin with. But after eating healthy for a few days prior, nothing really looked good to me. But the cantaloupe was delicious! @EGRAMMY....I got those and printed them off to do. Thanks.
