So this week I started my exercise plan. I do two days of strength exercise but never got around to doing cardio. :/ the day after I did my first strength training workout, I was very sore. lol. but when I did the strength exercises again this week, I didnt stop as much & I was able to get through the exercises faster.

so my goals for this week is to A. continue to do strength exercises B. do 2-3 days of cardio & C. continue to drink more water
