FRENCH FRIED ZUCCHINI

3 sm. zucchini
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
Season all
Wash, pare and cut zucchini in lengthwise strips or as for French fried potatoes. Dip in milk, roll in flour that has season all in it to taste. Fry in deep fat, 375 degrees, until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
