How working with a trainer has changed my exercise routine

I thought i was working hard at home.Self directing with dvds and spark people exercises. My first session with the trainer told me I had'nt been working nearly hard enough. OMG I never sweat that much , ever. And what was with the jelly-legs and shaking arms? I had been using dumbells at home but I had'nt pushed hard enough. Now, after three weeks, using the trainer just once a week and doing the 'homework' he gives me, I am beginning to see progress in how my body is shaped and where my endurance level is. Yesterday at training, the planks with toe-touches were possible, and I am beginning to find strength in my previously non-existant abs.Even though this training is a major expense for me I will continue. I'll find some other place to cut the budget because I know I can't push myself as hard and fast as i need to to see results.
I am looking forward to getting a new picture posted. (something i thought I would never say)
My hard work is beginning to pay off.I am becoming more the person I want to see in the mirror ever day.
