I guess I finally found out what works, well for me at least, and probably for the rest of the world that is trying to lose weight, and that is consistency. I have been so consistent with packing my lunch to work, eating smart, and not letting junk food get the best of me. It feels amazing, and due to my good behavior I have lost a total whopping of 4lbs in a week! I am one of those that gain + loses weight very fast. Which I am not that happy about, but it's got it's perks sometimes. Hopefully I will lose a few more by the time California reaches around and I can feel semi-confident on my vacation, or actually completely confident because I know I am on the right track of losing all this excess fat. emoticon So what I decided is to do weekly goals and this week it is going to be : EXERCISE 4 DAYS !
