10 minutes of exercise a day

The desire to keep my 10 minutes of exercise a day streak going has been a very powerful motivator. Today it is 102 degrees and in my house feels hotter. No airconditioning in this heat is rough. I waited until later at night, and exercised with a turbo jam DVD for 40 minutes. While I did not walk outside today, I did my 10 minutes of exercise and more. In fact I have found that I almost always do more than the 10 minutes. While the scale is not yet budging a lot, I have more energy, my clothes feel loser, and I feel more motivated in general.
