Insanity?? Insweaty!!!

So, I did it; I took a crack at the night time workout...Practicing another scenario that will come up during the school year. When I started the workout, I wanted to end it immediately! However, I now feel energized and better than ever! I will be doing night time workouts during the school year when I need to stay up late and do homework! I was super tired before the workout and now feel like I could clean the house! YAY!

So back to Insanity, or Insweaty, as I like to call it. Today was Pure Cardio, and it was just that! Again the warm up was 10 minutes of straight cardio, tougher than most workouts. The warm up cardio was followed by about 5 minutes of stretching and then almost 20 MORE minuets of STRAIGHT cardio with no breaks! It was tough tough tough, but I have never felt more accomplished after a workout! Sure, I stopped on several occasions..but so did most, if not all of the people on the video! It was a great workout, and like I keep saying...Oh my goodness, I didn't know I could sweat so much! The amount of sweating is INSANE, which is why I like to call it Insweaty! But as I sit here in my own pool of sweat (gross I know, I needed water and my legs were too tired to go straight to the shower) I am looking forward to my workout tomorrow, and then even my next round of pure cardio to see how I progress. I know it sounds silly, but I feel more inshape (endurance wise) than I did on Monday...even if I don't lose a pound on this program, I know I will feel great and it will be such an accomplishment!

Oh ya..first day of the weekend, in range! emoticon
