Feeling good!

I love me some bagels and cream cheese, but I NEVER have them because they're ridiculous in calories and theres no real nutritional benefit. Well on a whim the other day I looked at Lender's 100% whole wheat bagels, and they were only 190 calories (10-20 less than other flavors), and they had 6g of fiber! I figured that was worth it. So I got some. I had one for breakfast this morning with some whipped cream cheese and strawberry preserves over the top. SUPER YUM. Totally going to redo that breakfast. 316 calories.

For lunch I had our leftover Chicken Phillies from last night, but there was too many veggies for 1 sandwich so I overloaded it and then had another half. 464 calories.

Husband ended up coming home early from work, so we went to Red Mango and did some shopping for some shoes and clothes for him because he's starting another job next week. The dress code is jeans and casual wear, and he has no jeans that fit him so we decided to splurge. Red Mango was 193 calories.

Full day of shopping, though, and spinning this morning! Shopping with an 18 month old is a challenge because he just wants to run around. We were the only ones in the shoe store besides one other family, so I let him run around and just didn't let him touch anything. I got some steps in there!

While we were out, husband decided he wasn't feeling the steak we were going to make up for dinner, so we decided to go to HyVee for dinner. HyVee is awesome for dinner because they have everything - pizza, chinese food, salad bar, deli, taco bar...you name it. And it's all really good. I had beef and broccoli (hooray chinese food!) and 1 crab rangoon. 338 calories.

I just had a fiber bar to top off my night for 140 calories.

Total for the day is at 1450 right now! 50 under Max. I actually hit my carbs today, so that's good. I'm 3 under in protein and 1 under in fiber. I had fruits and/or veggies at every single meal. All in all not a bad day at all!
