Stress Day Six
-There weren't any major stressors, but as I was driving home from my brother's house on the other side of town and I got caught in TRAFFIC. I took the time to think about why I greatly dislike traffic. I think it's because I actually have to concentrate during traffic, instead of mindlessly coasting along and slowing down at appropriate times. Sort of an alarming revelation, considering people need to be mindful of their driving in order to be safe! I wonder what else I'm doing un-mindfully that I should fix...

I went out to lunch with my dad again, but this time I wasn't so victorious. I had half a club sandwich and half a serving of calamari. I'd never actually looked up the calorie count for my favorite appetizer, so I gave it a whirl - oh brother! Good thing I only ate half. We shared a slice of delicious all-natural key lime pie with home made whip cream. I'm lucky I did TurboJam this morning (which I love). I think things will even out by the end of the day. I'll stick to a VERY light dinner then hit the sack.

Peace and Love, ya'll.
