We made it safely to Nebraska this evening although there were times I didn't think we would. Why do some guys think they have to be in the front all the time? Doesn't matter if you have to go 15 mph over the speed limit if not more or if you keep the cruise control on until you nearly rear-end someone!! Some scary moments along the way along with some horrible rain yesterday in Tennessee. My grandkids are travelling with their aunt and are still in Kentucky. I guess my poor grandson has been car-sick. Shouldn't have given him ice cream before going through the mountains, I guess. He's never been carsick in all the travelling he has done with us through the years. Just with mom and dad and now aunt Dawn. Hmm..strange.

Guess I've broken most all of my streaks now with this trip. Not enough water in the car because I don't want to spend all my time stopping for the bathroom, No exercise today at all, obviously no gym in my car :-), can't even remember what else there is.

Now it's after midnight so I better start getting ready for bed. Hopefully we can get my mom out for lunch and a movie before the rest of the gang gets here for her birthday party on Saturday!
