Thank you Cardio Recovery!

So today I decided to wake up early to recreate a work day (I was actually going into work, just no time deadline) and workout in the morning. I was so tired and sore, but decided to go with it...I am so glad today was my AM workout, because it was perfect! Recovery was basically a stretching/yoga session on steroids...I was skeptical at first, because I generally veer away from yoga and too much stretching, but it was perfect! He was right this will help your muscles recover and get ready for more insanity! My muscles do feel better today, so thank you cardio recovery!

Yesterday I did do well with my diet and stuck to the plan! Today I had a lunch outing with co-workers for my birthday so I decided to splurge, but only ate half my meal. So that means tracking and staying in range until next week...ok, I said it! Hold me to it!!! It is unheard of for me to stay in range ALL weekend, but I know I can do it!

Another victory is that I am looking forward to seeing what the workout is like tomorrow, but I have an evening workout planned...so lets see!!
