Creating new habits....

For the last five days...i have dedicated myself to walk 2 miles on the track. I feel like I am really accomplishing something...Although I am tired as hell and still working on my eating habits. I feel like Im working towards a goal and creating new habits to follow. Next week, I am going to try to kick it up a knotch and start to run the curves and walk the straights.... I wanted to gradually began to exercise again. I feel good though...Loving this new transition in my life...Stay Tuned Sparkies...
