First day tracking

Okay, overall it was a good day. This was the first time I tracked the food I ate. Took a while to get everything entered. Hope it gets easier and faster. I met most of my goals. I was over on 3 and below on 2.

However, as well as I did on food, I did not exercise today. It was too hot to be outside. Inside, was more comfortable, but I realized that my knees hurt--a lot! I could barely walk up and down the stairs today. I took some meds tonight. I am hoping to exercise first thing in the morning tomorrow. My goal is 10 minutes.

Not perfect, but making progress. Approximately, 4 weeks til school starts. 4 weeks to develop some positive habits!!

    Great to have goals and count blessings. I really want to be under 200 lbs before I start back to school this fall! My students probably not even notice, but I would!
