Cardio Power and Resistance

So today was day 3! My legs and back were kind of sore, but I kept going! I actually really liked this workout! It was super tough again w/ tons of sweating, but I think I am getting a little more used to it! Today was some more cardio/plyo intervals but added in were more squatting moves, push ups and triceps work so it felt like some ST build in to the tough tough cardio! I am proud of myself for sticking to the plan 3 days in a row, but it is crazy to think I have 3 more days before a rest day!

I am super excited about my food plan for the day! I planned out all of my meals this morning and am almost exactly on the the 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat that insanity 5 meals! I think this is the key, it is 2:30...I have 2 more meals left, and am not hungry right now...YAY!!

I will stick to the food that I have planned, no extras! emoticon

    Hi! during my 1st round of Insanity, I did not follow the plan and I still lost 6 lbs. Without eating the wrong food, I wasn't really being careful.

    This time around, I am doing it with DD and we are more or less following the food plan, but we are staying within the calorie range calculated with the Insanity formula.

    DD has lost 5 lbs and I lost 4lbs. And today is day 16.

    Stay focus and keep push and play. It's worth it!
