Cardio Power and Resistance

So today was day 3! My legs and back were kind of sore, but I kept going! I actually really liked this workout! It was super tough again w/ tons of sweating, but I think I am getting a little more used to it! Today was some more cardio/plyo intervals but added in were more squatting moves, push ups and triceps work so it felt like some ST build in to the tough tough cardio! I am proud of myself for sticking to the plan 3 days in a row, but it is crazy to think I have 3 more days before a rest day!
I am super excited about my food plan for the day! I planned out all of my meals this morning and am almost exactly on the the 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat that insanity suggests...in 5 meals! I think this is the key, it is 2:30...I have 2 more meals left, and am not hungry right now...YAY!!
I will stick to the food that I have planned, no extras!
