Overall this was a good week, even though I gained I established some good routines. I am now tracking all my food, every day. Also I have cut out processed sugar. I am a sugar addict so this was needed. I still have sugar in my organic yogurt and cereal, plus my fruits but I've cut out all my cakes, ice cream, etc. I'm going to post my new goals for next week in another post.

    I agree! Also, don't forget that it could be that you've gained a bit of muscle, too. Either way, you have such a positive attitude! And the stuff you've gotten into the swing of this week will stick the next week, and the week after that. Keep it up, girl!
