Ok, so my plan was not so great today, but tomorrow I have my plan already in the food tracker. I usually do better when I have eveything planned out for myself in advance. I don't know why, but it seems like I can maintain my 15 pound loss, but I am not losing anymore! It is frustrating because I know why. I go off track nutritionally. This is my nemesis in the weight loss battle. Binge eating. FOr a while I didn't do any binge eating and then I started this class, and I realized that I put pressure on myself to do well and also to get things done quickly and efficiently this stresses me out and I eat. I need to stop using food to numb feelings. I would do a lot better overall if I could just stop this. Although, I know it is not that easy!
