Workout Plan this week

I have my work out plan. I know.... I'm crazy....

Monday - Run 20 min (did 25), ST
Tuesday - AM: Bike, Swim, Bike (did 10, 10, 10), PM: TurboKick! (50 min class)
Wednesday - AM: Run 30 mins, PM: Kettlebell 20 mins.
Thursday: Bike 45 min.
Friday: Walk 30 min.
Saturday: Walk/Run 17 miles. Maybe yoga afterwords.
Sunday: Rest.
