weekend recap and this Adventurer's new weekly goals

Good morning all,
I hope everyone had a fantastic weeked. My weekend was well fun and stressful and filled with food that was not on my diet lol.
Friday day I ate really well at work. I came home, made dinner for the Man and then went over to his sister's house for some scary movie time. I had 1 peice of pizza and a bunch of french bread. I hadn't eaten bread all week and it was so fn delicious ;). I did go over on my calories but I designate friday as my cheat day anyways so there you go. Saturday was somewhat better. I had a mid-term for my medical terminology class, which sucked ass. But I got it done and I passed. It did bring my grade down a bit but I'm not going to stress it to much. After I finished with that I made shrimp with alfredo and angel hair pasta and it was bomb. Then later on my boyfriend's younger sister came over and we made brownies and played games. I still stayed within my calorie range.
Sunday I had some watermelon in the morning, went and ran some errands then came home and made scalloped potatoes and ham. It turned out amazing:) and then I made oatmeal cookies and I at like 5 or 6 ;(.
So as a recap for my weekly goals.
I did not run every day last week like I wanted to. I made the excuse that oh my knees hurt I don't want to push it. I wish I had. I also didn't hike Camelback mountain sunday either. I only ran 2 days last week. Other than the weekend I actually did really good food wise and honestly I don't feel that bad about my eating from the weekend. I managed to not gain any weight back either, yay.
Ok so for this week my goals are to
emoticon Run every day during the work week and on Friday run the 5k I've been wanting to try.

emoticon emoticon eat lots of fruits and veggies and stick to my diet during the week.

emoticon focus on strength training at least 3 times during the week

    Being positive is the best thing you can do in these situations. Dwelling on your mistakes could cause you to just make more mistakes. But dont forget your mistakes either -- we need to learn from them.
