Week 3 Complete

Yesterday completed week 3 of marathon training. Our "Long Run" was actually only 2.5 miles because it was a recovery week. So we did the 2.5 but then hit the bike and elliptical for 40 extra minutes of cardio. It was a little rough because we attended a wedding Saturday night and had some alcohol (which we literally NEVER drink) and extra food. We drank some extra Gatorade before our workout for hydration purposes and I think that helped, but long days definitely go better when we've hydrated and fueled properly beforehand! On to week 4 :)
