Since June 29th...ugh

Well, that was such an inspiring post back on June 29th, was it not? LOL! Sadly my gumption ran out in just a couple of days. I have not been drinking my 8-10 glasses of water and have only worked out 1 day a week since that post.

Today is a new day!! Had a healthy breakfast, a salad for lunch and have had 4 glasses of water so far. I'm takin my munchkin to karate and heading to the Y for some light weight training and a little jogging around the indoor track (gonna be 100 degrees outside today with the heat index so none of that outdoor stuff for me) tonight.

This is the first day of the rest of my life and I have to commit to and make my goals happen. I am starting a new workout schedule this week.

Monday~ weight training and running or a 45 minute Body Fit Class
Tuesday~ 60 minute Zumba Class
Wednesday~ 90 minute Zumba/Zumba Toning Combo Class
Thursday~60 minute Zumba Class
Friday~strength training w/my hubby
Saturday~a video from my P90X or Brazil Butt library.
Sunday~P90X Stretch

I am gonna do this beginning today thru the end of August. 6 weeks. It will be interesting to see if I can manage to do this daily as things tend to get in the way of my workout goals. Kids, family get togethers, etc.

Wish me luck and post on my SP page from time to time! I need the encouragement right now for sure!
