Assignment #3 Cats Challenge Why I want to lose weight.

Sunday, July 17, 2011

Why I want to lose weight goes back to my goals that I set when I started with Spark. I want to lower my BMI into the healthy range and get out of the obese range. I want to create a healthy lifestyle and remain healthy. Currently I am an 8 year Cancer survivor. I am grateful for that. I do not have an issue with blood pressure or diabetes for which I am grateful. While I do have some arthritis, it is not debilitating and I am grateful that I can remain active, walk, bike, and do yoga. I want to continue to keep up with my grandchildren and to be around to watch them grow up and become young adults.

I am grateful to have found this free website which has so much to offer and I am grateful for all the friends that I have found here and all the support and encouragement on the teams.
Blessings to you all and happy Sparking!!

Your goals are great! Congratulations on being an eight year cancer survivor!!! You do have a lot to be grateful for. Thank you for being a reminder to look at those things in my life, too. (My five year cancer survival is coming up.)
