Yesterday I weighed in and realized that I had lost 10 percent of my body weight. Thats 24 pounds! What a great way to start the new week. I also realized that I have tracked my food for 21 days in a row. Not a record for me, but it means that am back on track to meet phase 1 of my goal - to lose 50 pounds.Woo Hoo!
