I once again have been motivated by a SP Blog:

I took a 15 min walk and turned it into a 40 min walk TWICE yesterday. Ended up with 12000 steps emoticon emoticonThat feels really good. I have not been able to that in a very long time. I burned almost 2900 calories yesterday. I am off to the gym this morning. Need to get back into some really good strength training. I read a blog yesterday that made a light go on. It something in the lines of "We will not get to read all the books we want to, watch all the movies we want to. The house will never be clean enough. And we will not get to all the errands that we would have liked to. We need to pick and chose what we NEED to do". That reminds me of what Tony (my boyfriend) used to tell me all the time "Don't let Life get in the way of your Life". They are both right. That is one of my biggest problems. I put off my exercise for other things. So as of today, I chose "TO PUT ME FIRST". I will make myself go to the gym 2-3 times a week and get in my cardio daily. I have rededicated myself to "Take Care Of Me". When I did this 4 years ago, that is when I did my best.
