Exercise helps

For years, people have been telling me to exercise. That it would make me less tired, more fit, better looking, less stressed out...And it did! I did pilates six times this week, strength training three, and felt great. I stayed up later, woke up earlier, and felt calm, peaceful and more emotionally strong than i have in months. I love exercise now, and will do it every day if i can manage to find that 45 minutes.
