This week I rocked it out MAJOR!!!!

So this week I rocked it out Major! Despite setbacks due to emotions getting the better of me this week I did yoga, the stair climber, walked over 15 miles, hiked 1500 feet of elevation, jogged sprints (which about killed me), kickboxed and did weights.......WOW, just freaking wow.
A big big shout out to my workout buddies Ive met this week Yasmene, Rachel and Shawna. Its so much easier to keep motivated and push myself even further!! I am so proud of myself for this week and cant wait to keep the motivation going. I love love love being on track with my weight loss and the best part is I have eaten so good this week. Maybe I should stick to being a vegetarian longer! But anyhow Yay!!!!
