Accountability Food Log - Saturday 7/16

Seeing my day's menu as I go along seems to help, although it does take a bit more time to post as I go throughout my day. However, it's keeping me more aware and accountable, so I'll proceed for the next few days until I'm more confident I can stay on track!

Walked my walk first thing this am - headed outdoors and have a good uphill route for half of the way, so I feel good to have gotten in some exercise and my goal met for the day.

#1 - 8:30 am
2 eggs (organic always!) prepared in coconut oil (very healthy fat and only a very small amount is needed), 1 Tbsp MacroLife Macro Greens and coffee - now making my daily fresh lemon juice drink

#2 - 11 am
Kefir Smoothie: 1 c. Kefir and 1 c. frozen strawberries, 1 Tbsp. MacroLife Macro Reds

#3 - 1 pm
Natural turkey deli rolls w/spinach & low-fat jarlsberg cheese & orange

#4 - 3:30 pm
Premier Protein shake
Iced latte w/2 oz. ff half-half

#5 - 4:45 pm
Lean crockpot beans recipe
