Time to Focus

Not on my defense. At this point in time, there is not much I can do. I either know what I've done and can defend it, or I can't. What I want my focus to be now is on my health. I want to have the energy to keep up with my very active toddler. I want to have start focusing on eating healthfully, and not giving into the emotional eating. I also want to start exercising again. Working on my thesis has consumed most of my time and energy, so I haven't been able to exercise. I miss it: I miss the cardio and the strength training. I miss the way my body feels when I've worked it into a physical exhaustion. I enjoy the freeing mental quiescence and clarity that results from a good workout. I also miss the way that my body feels after days of eating well, with lots of veggies and fruits. I definitely want to go back to a low-carb diet as it helps me feel better and more energetic.

    I am there with you and for you. All of your goals are doable. I am back to eating low carb and feel better. You are worth the time for working on yourself and setting a wonderful example for your little girl (of course I may be basis about both of you).

    Before starting with SP, I had gotten lazy and had turned into a junk food queen. Now, I'm an improved me and I feel so much healthier.
