As of 7/14, how many workouts have you completed?
There were a few double up days and a couple long endurance type of workouts. I'm just going to say 11 of the 14 days I was active and doing some form of exercise.
What have you noticed about your mood/stress levels/sleep quality on days you worked out?
I'm a regular exerciser, so I don't know if there was anything different this past two weeks. When I don't run for a few days in a row I find myself irritable. This week, I haven't been eating as much and I think that it's affected my moods. (definately more grumpy than normal.)
Be honest with yourself, how hard are you pushing yourself n your workouts?
I have hard workouts and easy ones. I try to know what type of workout when I set out to do that and I work to that level.
Be honest with yourself, what unhealthy eating habits are you fnding too hard to handle right now?
Food is my hardest struggle. I did poor the first week of the challenge. I am doing a lot better this week, but I am worried that I'm not eating enough now. Always a work in progress.
Be honest with yourself, to have a successful diet/exercise weekend, what three excuses must you banish?
I don't have time to exercise.
It's just a taste.
I need to eat something fast.
What do you HOPE to do this weekend, exercise-wise?
I hope to get a strength work out in, a run (5 miler), and a swim.
What WILL you accomplish this weekend?
Gaming, Socializing, Church, spending time with my sisters.
