I don't know about you, but there are some days where going for a jog doesn't work for me. It may be too hot, I have kid issues, or I am simply bored of the same old thing. I don't have a gym membership, as they are too expensive and I don't tend to go if I did have a membership. With the internet making working out and doing almost anything easier really, it is really easy to find variety.
Today's workout: ZUMBA.
Back in the days when I HAD a membership, ZUMBA was hands down my favorite workout class. ZUMBA started out as a workout set to latin style, get-you-dancing-music. Now that it is becoming more popular, the moves are being set to radio tunes. ZUMBA workouts tend to have repetitive choreography. Once you learn the basic ZUMBA moves, you should be able to "you tube" or attend any class in theory and be able to catch on quickly. Also, if you cannot physically do some of the dances, the music allows one to march in place, dance around, or do something else to burn the calories. It can be a very fun workout.
I put together a little workout here complete with warm up and cool down. All together I believe this is about 40- 45 minutes of exercise. Using my handy bodybugg to track my calories burned, I burned just over 400 calories doing this workout. Enjoy!

This one is funny because a bunch of guys are on the stage teaching the ladies, and by the end the women are telling the men to go lower lol.

This one is harder and will get your HR up. You can modify the parts you can't do by walking in place or just moving to the music.
