a slight hiccup

Well, it's my TOM and I feel like garbage. I definitely ate way too much yesterday and didn't do my cardio. Come to think of it, though, 5 days in a row might be a bit much .Maybe I should try to rest on wed or thurs and work out one day on the weekend instead.. I am going to reevaluate my plan to be something like...this.
Mon: 30 min medium cardio, 15 min upper, 15 core, stretch
Tue: 30 min intense cardio, 15 lower, stretch
Wed: 60 min light cardio
Fri: 30 min medium cardio, 15 min upper, 15 core, stretch
Sat: 30 min intense cardio, 15 lower, stretch
Yeah, I think I like that rest period in there in the middle of the week a lot better than trying to push myself too hard all week. I am listening to my body and working around its current limitations... and also my schedule (since I usually need to study on thursdays anyway).
I might add light cardio thurs or sun if I am feeling particularly adventurous, but for now I think this schedule will work a lot better for me, if I try to stick faithfully to it.
The other night, I got REALLY REALLY hungry and just ate a hamburger. I had been in the low end of my calories for 5 days, so I figured I probably needed the protein (though maybe not the fat)... I was just ravenously craving it and decided to do it. Well, that wasn't too terrible a decision, even though it put me over for the day (since I had been in the low end so often).. unfortunately, the eating binge carried over to yesterday. I just was not on track at ALL and I have some sneaking suspicion it was the hamburger from the night before throwing me off. It didn't help that I got very little sleep wed night. Yesteday I had grilled cheese for lunch (one of the only things the bf knows how to cook--bless him, he knew I felt icky), and a fajita burrito for dinner... not the best day ever, and though I didn't track it, it was almost definitely over my calorie limit.
Soooo. That sucked. The combination of my cramps, bloating, and not getting enough sleep led me to crave and eat terrible foods. Whatever, though! I am getting back on track today and doing my workouts. I will also be cooking tonight, because I got a good night's sleep last night.
My weight loss this week might reflect my little mini binge, but I have a feeling that, if I stay on track the rest of the week, I will still be losing weight.
