Today was Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD. I had to get up extra early to be at work earlier than usual. My alarm went off at 5am and I hate to admit it but I almost turned it off and went back to bed....key word ALMOST. Its just getting my butt out of bed and dressed and downstairs that's the really difficult part but I know I'll feel better afterwards and I can get on with my day without having "the workout" looming over me. lol!

I had another accomplishment (other than actually working out that is). I've always skipped circuit 2 as it scared the crap outta me but today I buckled down and did it. It sucked but I did it! There's a lot of jumping in this DVD and I don't exactly land cat-like (more like elephant-like!) plus me knees aren't the greatest so I modify some of the more crazy leaps. My next goal will be to incorporate some of the plyo moves in one by one. Baby steps but at least I'm stepping! ;)

    Yay you! I'm going to have to work up to BFBM. I tried it once and couldn't get past circuit two before I dissolved into a puddle on the floor!
