Day 5 and a few challenges

Ok. Didn't do as good the last few days. I think I must log on every day. A certain accountability. Eating unhealthy isn't too much of a concern. Eating too much is. On the positive, I did exercise for Wed. Yesterday, not so much emoticon. Kept my water intake up, so that was good.

I will be so glad when I can go with my kids to places with turnstyles and don't have to turn sideways to get thru. Yuck
