Starting Phase 1.5

We are getting ready to move to phase 1.5. I'm nervous but excited at the same time. I've lost almost 14 pounds and my hubby about 15. We're planning on taking it slow. Maybe adding one serving of either fruit or grain then mixing it up with phase 1 days. We're just going to see how we react and take our time learning since I've got about 60 more to go and him 40.

I even suffered a stall... About six days without a loss. Sure, I got down-hearted. But instead of being defeated, I looked at my habits. Water? Not enough so I increased it. Excess calories, regardless of being SB approved? Yup. So I started tracking again. Sure enough, this mornings weigh-in rewarded me with a weight in the 100s! I feel on top of the world that I didn't give up or give in on those bad days. This is what its all about!

Now its time to research more recipes. Our regulars are getting old!
