I am back and still armed, Yeah, Im still going at it but behind me is an 82 lb weight loss, with 30 more to go. I really dont have a set goal weight just to keep getting healthier.
Weight Watchers works for me, along with water aerobics and Aqua Zumba.When my weight wont budge I go No carbs for a week or two, then back to reg Weight Watchers, I was getting bored with things so I decided to try to come back to SP. I really need the motivation now. Ive learned a lot during the last two yrs and Im willing to share!
