My favorite summer dessert

2 cups water
1 box sugar free cook & serve pudding and pie mix
1 box sugar free strawberry jello
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Mix water and pudding in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Take out and stir well with wire whisk. Put back in microwave and continue cooking until it starts to boil and thicken. Remove from microwave and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, slice strawberries in a pie plate.
Allow mixture to sit until almost room temperature.
Whisk jello powder in the pudding mix until all of jello powder is mixed.
Pour over strawberries.
Chill. Then serve with a dollop of cool whip...
