Today the Oat, Cranberry & Banana Bars Won...

I found a fabulous recipe to use up bananas, however, on the down side, it was a little too fabulous- I had about 4 of the darn things thereby consuming about 700 calories of the oat granola goodness :(. I should have guessed that this might not be the best thing to make when I had no loss on the scale today. Super depressing with how much I am eating (usually quite well- far below the Spark People recommendation) and working out (I realize the oat bars did not help this) I have a doctor's appointment next week so I am hoping we can find a reason the darn scale won't budge.... If I only had some weight I would understand, but with over 100 lbs to lose, weight ought be falling off with what I am doing. So.Damn.Frustrating!

    Hopefully you are eating enough for your body and the things your body needs.

    I'm under a docs care and he is keeping an eye on my eating ... maybe when you go next week you can discuss your intake and if you are eating enough.

    Sometimes we do everything right and our body hangs onto our weight for a bit and then it starts to come off again. Be positive, look forward, you are on the right track. Remember, this is a lifestyle change and a life journey. We're here for you.
