    Congratulations on reaching your first 10%. It may not seem like much but it is a goal worth celebrating. Medical experts say reducing your weight by just 10% can have some quite dramatic effects on your health - and reduce your risks in many areas.
    Do consider rewarding yourself (with something non-food related) - like a new hairdo, a day out somewhere nice, a weekend away - something you would really enjoy doing.
