Week 1 – Due July 20th
Start week one by choosing to write your GOALS, NON-SCALE STARTERS or a TRACKING challenge

GOALS:
Long Term:
- Be healthy mentally, physically and emotionally by my 25th birthday (12/31/2012)
- Be under 200 lbs

Medium Milestones:
- Complete a 5K race
- Be under 250 lbs

Short Term:
- Lose 15 lbs during this challenge
- Be (processed) sugar free for one month
- Establish routines again
- Get under 300 lbs again and stay under!
- Track all my food
