This morning was No More Trouble Zones DVD. This is a tough one and I've never been able to get all the way through it....its those darn planks again at the start of circuit 5 that cause me to quit every time! Today I took a mini break between circuits 4 and 5 and stretched my shoulders and triceps and then got back into it and I was able to continue til the end! :D It may also be that I'm getting stronger and the planks aren't as difficult as they were 10 days ago but I think that mini break helped too. I was thinking of switching circuits 3 and 4 as 2 and 3 are easy for me and by the end of 4 I want to die. Perhaps I'll try that on Saturday when I do this DVD again.
Later in the morning I was having a particular "skinny moment" and decided to try the dreaded scale again. (The last time I weighed myself after sweating my butt off for 5 days it said I was up a pound! :P) Low and behold I lost 3.6lbs! YEAH! *Happy dance!* I've also noticed my jeans are less tight, I'm down a hole on my belt and I can tie my shoes up easier. All good things too! :D
Anyways, I'm off to celebrate. I think we'll go out for dinner tonight so I have to go scour web sites to plan what I'll eat and put it into my nutrition tracker. ;)
