All about Attitude

I am learning weight lose is all about attitude. The better attitude you have about losing weight, the more chance you will succeed. Well, I feel like I can do it. I see no reason why I can't reach my goals. I have plenty of time to watch my diet and plenty of time to exercise. No one can control what I put in my mouth, besides me. I can choose the right foods and the right amounts of food for me.
I have reasons to loose weight. My grandchildren need a grandmother who can play with them. My children need a mother who can do things with them. I, also, need these things. I hate being left out. I don't like being the one home sitting waiting on them to get back. I would rather be with them, when they come to visit. I am not ugly and I can be pretty when I loose enough fat for my features to show through. My boyfriend says he likes me the way I am, but I am sure he would like to see my hour-glass figure more than he thinks. I myself would like to see it again.
My attitude is that I can loose this excess weight and keep it off. I can do it with or without the help of others, but I would appreciate any and all help that I can get. That's why I read the Sparkpeople articles and blogs. It helps to motivate me and keeps reminding me that I can do it, because I have done it before and other people do it every day. This time I don't have to worry about getting pregnant and gaining a bunch of weight back, though. Ha!Ha! Though that's really not funny. Pregnancy weight is no fun to get off. I have been 27 years trying.
