Got halfway thru the day and hadn't exercised yet. Not a good thing I know. But finally did it.. 45 mins down. emoticon I love my stationary bike!!!

Food Front? Well So far I'm staying within range. If anything, I'm actually eating less than I should. I know I need to be careful not to do the extreme thing - even if it's unintentional. I'm also going to make homemade sausage late tonight. Pork loin even sounds better than pork butt emoticon Bad joke? Maybe- but I'm still feeling pretty good.
