Day 8 of 30

So day 8 was actually yesterday but I couldn't get on the computer so here I am writing today! I did the 30 Day Shred Level 2 THEN Level 1. I've never done level 2 so I thought I should tackle that one first and then do level 1 which I knew I could finish. I have to say, I HATE plank moves! Plank jumping jacks, plank thrusts, walking planks, plank twists....ugh! My shoulders burn whenever I do them (which I know is the point and is not a terrible thing but I wish it was a little bit easier! lol!). Along with the frustration on all the plank moves, every time I got up off my mat the dog would lie down on it and I'd have to kick him off every 2 minutes to do another plank move! It was so frustrating! ACK!

Later that evening I was called to sub-in for a team whose goalie was away. The game went well...I feel like I played well and the team actually tied (they apparently never win) but man did I get another workout there! I was completely drenched after the game. I don't know if its because it was summer and the arena was warmer but I felt like I sweated more than I normally do in the winter. Oh well, at least I got a bonus workout in!

Rest day today but back into the swing of things tomorrow with No More Trouble Zones. Haven't done that one in a week, hopefully it won't hurt me like it did the first time! lol!
