Digging in my HEELS!!!! errrgggg!!!

so ! the battle of the buldge is actually several battles. and i've served several tour of duties now.
my last blog was me, being honest about the emotional eating thats been happening. and trying to finish climbing a foothill so i could re-focus my scope on the target. by re-focusing meaning, get my determination and my since of reality back!
a visit to the doctor actually helped with that last boost i think. she said even though i was telling her i gained 10 pounds eating too much recently and not attending the gym, that i was still 15 lighter than the last time when i was in there. now, it may not be the goal i want to hear about. but i thought to myself, yeh, darn it. i am still not ALL the way up there. and i can turn this around now. i am still in fairly good standing with the gym equitment and i can still take a bit of a beating. its ONLY been 4 weeks. not months.
today is tuesday the 12th. i went back to the gym thursday the 7th then friday. skipped the weekend but did a lot of walking saturday, and went to zumba, yesterday the 11th. so in that respect i am getting my heels dug back in.
now i will be focusing more on what i am allowing myself to bring into the house and eat. i havnt decided. either tomorrow or the next day i will be doing a 3 day detox using beach body shakeology products.
i am excited to get this kicked off with the shakes so i can hopefully balance out and lose the cravings i keep having. (sugar begots more sugar) lol
i will let ya know how the detox goes. hopefully i can feel a difference. :)
