My Challenge Name: Operation Bikini Hot

My Starting Weight: 176.8

Four Other things I will be measuring during this challenge & their current stats: (body measurements, race times, crunch max, jeans size, whatever YOU need to track)
1. Waist: 33" current
2. Chest: 42" current
3. Strength Training Sessions, min. 2 times per week
4. Max push-ups.

If I am going to be 100% honest with myself, the reason I am doing this challenge is because: I feel like I'm not in control of my weight and my exercise program has been lacking.

I feel like the reason that I have not been progressing as well as I hoped I would be is because: I don't control my eating habits.

This time, I commit to finishing my challenge because I know that: I will be happy with myself when I meet this challenge. I know that I can lose the extra weight I put on since my first marathon.

I'm scared of: Re-gaining more of the weight that I have taken off. I was down 75, now I am at 63 down. I want to see the 160s again and pass that up to get to the 140s. I know that that is a lot more time than this challenge, but I have to start somewhere! I'm scared that I will turn around and the next thing I know, I won't be running, I'll be 200 lbs and depressed.

I want to: Look fabulous in my bikini. I want to fill confident in my bikini too. I want to turn heads at the beach when I walk by. I want guys to get distracted when I'm out on a daily run. I want to feel like I could run in just my sports bra and not be embarrassed by the love handles!

But I have faith in: My strength. My athletic ability. My stamina. My love for vegetables!

And THIS TIME, I will NOT quit, because THIS TIME: I am not going to take no for an answer. I will hold myself accountable. I will beat this challenge. I will not quit because I don't want to look at myself in the mirror and be disappointed that I walked away. I am doing this for me, for no one else. Just me. I want to be the strongest I can be and I want to be the best I can be. No one else can do it for me.

My top five non-health related motivations right now are:
1. Look HOT in a bikini
2. Have arms that make me smile.
3. Have tons of people ask, "Did you lose more weight?"
4. To have other people tell me that I motivate them.
5. To get hit on.

The best way to motivate me is to: I need to be nagged. I need to be reminded that I working towards this goal or that goal. I need to be reminded that I am the one who wants this.

The best way I can motivate myself is to: Smash a goal. See progress on the scale or in some other measurement. I have tried lots of methods, but I've found my best motivation is results. I wouldn't mind working towards a reward though!!!

My name is Molly and I will be hot in a bikini at the end of the summer!!!!
