Stick with calories

Usually is that you want to eat more than you normally are allowed. Today it happened the other way around...I eat very little fom breakfast and lunch but soon after I started to resent it. So, I had to compensate at dinner...I think is one of the few times I know I have to eat more - so had an extra yogurt. Hope that was enough.

So, a word of advice: don´t eat more but don´t eat less either!

    Totally agree! I dontk know how but I screwed up my calorie counting and have like 1000 left for the day. I am going to have to have a normal yogurt or something later so I can hit my numbers.
