I've spent the last week on vacation. We had a great time.
When I left, I decided not to use SP at all and just take a week off. Probably not the best idea since I was still in my 2nd week of the program. I knew I would get a lot of exercise, but I didn't want to log all the fitness and nutrition.
The positives: I drank my 8 glasses of water or more everyday except one. I spent 2 hours hiking on Sleeping Bear Dunes. We walked all over Traverse City. We spent an hour + picking cherries. We walked all over (up and down some big hills) Mackinac Island from 9:30am-8pm. I even did some running in the pool a couple times. We brought fruits and veggies with us. We cooked most of our meals.
Overall, I don't have any regrets about food choices. (Who wouldn't eat samples of fudge on Mackinac Island?)
I'm happy with the amount of exercise I did. I'm really glad I had this time to spend with my family.
